Vendor Information
The North Carolina Council for the Social Studies would like to invite you to display your social studies materials at its Annual Conference, February 20-21, 2025 at the Koury Convention Center in Greensboro, NC. Conference participants consider the exhibits to be a highlight of the Conference, and they look forward to talking with you about your social studies materials. We appreciate your interest and support.
Your registration fee includes the following: an eight-foot table in our vendor area, two conference registrations for members of your organization, WiFi access, and a boxed lunch on February 20. Additional eight-foot tables can be purchased for a fee. Electricity for your table is not provided. Vendors are encouraged to present sessions at the Conference. If your proposal is accepted, you do not have to pay any additional registration fees.
The exhibit area will be available for setup on Wednesday, February 19 from 1:00pm-8:00pm. The exhibit area will be open to Conference participants Thursday, February 20 from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM and Friday, February 21 from 8:00 AM until 12:00 noon.
